There is no special status here. All shall be treated as living organisms that co-exist in harmony with the eco-system. It doesn't matter if you're the creator of this, or the owner of that, homeless on drugs, or the CEO to Sony. All will be just as vulnerable to consequences of disrespectful or disruptive behavior. Each member here will receive the equal amount of respect, dignity & value of opinion equally, however it is also the members responsibility to maintain it & post wisely.
FOLLOW THESE RULES & BE A GOOD PIGGY OR I'LL MAKE YOU MY BACON!
- 18 & up! Zero tolerance. -
- Be respectful to all members, don't be pushy or demanding. -
- No XXX or sexual links, threads, audio or video. Zero tolerance. -
- No links to -ANY- warez, game cracks, websites or forums of any kind. Zero tolerance -
- No arguments, threads, media, links or negative references regarding different religions, political affiliation, sexual preference, nationality, cultural backround, blah bla-bla blah. You get the point... please be decent, in the end we all sleep in our beds not giving a fuck about anything but a good nights rest, so keep that in common with eachother. -
- Maintain a proper level of civility & respect at all times. -
- Do not hijack threads. Bumping is allowed no problem, besides, I’m very quick to toss dead threads, you’ll see. -
- Do not create threads requesting support for other SPECIFIC mods or sites. They have their own backyard, go take up space there not here. -
- Do not let your ego influence the quality of your post, every-one's mommy told them they were special, which may be true, but not here! -
- Do not correct typos unless you’re genuinely trying to help someone making the repeated error, bad spelling or grammar error jokes, or negative comments will get my 13 1/2 timbs in your ass. nobody gives a fuck about spelling here! We’re here for the GAME, not books, edmucation & lietararaturere. We aren't at school! -
- If your posts are filled with smart-ass/snobby content, don't be surprised if people reply with an equal amount of aggressiveness, it's your responsibility to be able to stand a taste of your own medicine...not reply with a flame because your ego was hurt and you're emotional. I won't ban someone that hands your ass back to you and loses respect for your posts forever due to it. People isolate themselves, not the other way around. There is some great minds amongst this crowd, so whether to impress, get a reaction, or plain get attention, you won’t get far acting like 92120 burn-outs, and probably isolate yourself from talented brains. -
- Place the proper thread in the category it belongs to! If you need help, I'd love to help you! Some days I check one thread, to deal with that issue, I might not check another thread for 3 to 4 days, I'm very systematic with this! -
- Respect everyone! Constructive criticism (sometimes harsh if necessary for the improvement) is good, it helps them improve..however attacking someones creative drive or progress = vaporized. -
- Make sure you try things for yourself before asking for help with them.
"How do I create my own smod?" <--- This requires an entire tutorial on resource gathering, script functions, model edting/compiling, texture editing/creation, sound editing/creation, map, CFG configurations, resource configs, etc. If reply to each of these posts in the world existed, there would be over 100,000 smod tutorials! Be efficient, be specific, don't request answers that require WIDE explanations, for MULTIPLE areas of knowledge. Let's get ahead, not move backwards! -
Enjoy your lives!!!!
