Well I updated my game with the patches today and started fresh from the start. A few issues remain from past version although they were never put. This is a list of things I have seen bugged or acting weird with the 4.0 and past versions. This is playing up to the vortigon camp right before nova prospect. Forgive the links for the screen shots the forum would not let me just post the image.
Level 1: Alyx rescue scene does not work. The reason is because the combine come to kill you using guns not the stun sticks. Since they never knock you out she is not triggered. If you can just auto set the combine for this sequence to use the stun batons it should correct the issue.
Apache: Textures for the gun and wheels still missing from the patch files.

APC: Works great looks awsome however it appears to drives very slow. Its fine it just looks
odd that it goes slow.
NPC Animation:
1.) The animation lags up and gets stuck mid way usually, This happens with the combine soldiers mostly. To put it simply here is an example: A soldier starts to reload the MP5 and starts spazing mid way through till the gun is reloaded. Once done he continues fighting or stands idle depending on if any hostiles are still around.
2.) Idle animation error?: After the combine soldiers were in a fight they took an idle animation of just reloading over and over and over. Not sure if it was my end.
Alyx Gun: If you see fit to give yourself Alyx's gun all it shows is a big error message.
Cleaver: When i installed the latest patch the cleaver turned back into the default crowbar. The previous cleaver was the katana.
Error level load: On mission d2_coast_07 there is a error that occurse on the transition point to map d2_coast_08. The transition point is the doorway underneeth the the train bridge. When you load through to d2_coast_08 through the door the screen goes imediatly black as if you failed the mission then auto loads on your most recent save taking you back to d2_coast_07. My friend had the same issue and only way we could get around it was start d2_coast_08 and either backtrack or just spawn a new buggy then continue on.
Charger Buggy: The skin is awsome it looks great there however is three issues that I noticed, I only point them out as to help out with patching.
1.) The Buggy texture, you added a combine shield to the front and a chain link to the back. Now they look great and add more detail to the vehicle however the chain link is only a 1 sided texture, inside its a clear window. The texture just needs to be set on both sides.
2.)The second issue that has come up is the buggy itself. While driving around it tends to get stuck on just about anything easily. Anything from a rock to a mine on the ground. It spins out of control easily as well.
3.) For some reason on all the coast maps when you transition in tunnels you end up facing a wall when you load in, sometimes making it difficult to know which way your supposed to be going.

BugBait: On map d2_coast_11 when you approach the vortigon camp you come across your first antguard. Once he is dead the vortigon is supposed to extract the bugbait for you to continue on, however the bugbait never appears. You cannot even spawn bugbait to yourself so you can continue. The best you can do is only load the next map to Nova Prospect. Simple bug id assume, The bugbait needs to be spawned.
Upside down iron sights?:Well to put it simple when you are using the Deagle and suit zoom in there is a bug. If you zoom in and look up while zoomed you will see the degal's iron sight upside down, here is a screen.

I will continue again in the morning searching for any more possible issues. Vet your mod really does kick ass, I have been waiting for a zombie flick for a long time and appreciate all the hard work you put into this mod. Your doing a great job keep it up! You will get all of the issues ironed out as the mod progresses.
