Hey everyone, in case you're all wonderng what the hell is going on, and why the hell you signed up, heh, I want you to know I'm not just sitting on my ass eating cheetos for breakfast.
Heres what you can expect!
-Cleaned v_mp5 model extra vertices, and lower w_mp5 model polygons based off of v_model
-Fixed Zclassicskin Body sheet, and removed puke green outfit cause it was ugly
- Added reload sounds to Deagle (EvilMrLee)
-Fixed bonemerge errors (EvilMrLee)
-Fixed the P228 pistol, changed the anims to Sureshot (EvilMrLee)
-Fixed the #HL2_ and #SMODOUTBREAK_ resource errors by naming them properly (EvilMrLee)
-Fixed npc_weapon_randomize.txt on D1_TRAINSTATION_04, so you dont have to skip level (EvilMrLee)
-Added hopwire rollermine instead of the Halo Spark thing (EvilMrLee)
-Added a custom game icon (EvilMrLee)
-Added Zombie2_12 (rigged by EvilMrLee, animation edits/fixes by Vet/OneMan)
-Added matching P228 ammo w_model (EvilMrLee)
-Added a shark that replaces the icthyosaurus (EvilMrLee)
- Fixed eye issues, and demon zombies now have ANIMATED eyes, COOL!
- Added more music for soundtrack
-Sparks particle effects to glow in the dark!
-Restoring EvilMrLee's apache :]
-Fire Embers also now self illuminate in the dark!
-Added even more remixed particle effects
-3D Scope for the crossbow!!! Almost fully debugged (thank you kenny for showing me how to do this!)
-HL2 buggy is being cleaned up, a few thousand less poly's, and will now use the engine mesh from EP2
-Fixed ALL running anims for zombie2, so they are fully looped, and look ...simply amazing when they chase you (Thank you for showing me this OneManShow, one of the main reasons I kept working on outbreak)
-Randomized attacks for the zombie2's! Some swing with right hand, some with left, others the combined two arm attack! AWESOME!
-Removed the "FM5" weapon, for a 552 dual-clip model, changed sounds for it
-Added w_model for 552
-Included AR2 Combine pulse rifle, as well as custom effects by...sam fisher or someone..from somewhere. Looks very very nice, and combines now use it.
-Added custom sound for AR2, I think it's from Quake4, or QuakeWars
-Added SMOD crossbow script, so V_model has 3 crossbow bolts, and it shoots 3 as well, have fun PINNING those bastards to the wall, triple times :]]
-Made crossbow bolts glow in the dark, longer, wider, Cooler :]
-Fixed w_missle.mdl so as an item, it doesnt just like rolling around on the floor infinitly
-Fixed w_grenade model the same, so it doesnt keep on rolling, and rolling, and rolling, and rolling.
-Changed decals for metal bullet impacts, they look deeper, larger, VERY cool!
-Added a few more entries to smodcalist (give item_ npc_create console cmds)
-Muted "sprint" sfx from HEV suit
-Changed "flashlight" on/off sound, from BLEEP, to ..click :]
-Changed flashlight texture to doom3, and gave it a blue tone, I really like it, sort of like FEARs flashlight, but better
-Also improved nightvision settings...just...WOW!
These are things that you will see FOR SURE!!! Lee and I have a todo list that we can hopefully knock out within the next few days, then I can do the MAPADDS, and we can REALLY get this show on the road!
